Virtual calculator in gate

Dear students

I can understand ,there is hell lot of tension piling up in mind regarding virtual calculator. 
One possible try to avoid this can be to call IISc office authorities or academic cell (Academics - (080)-22932233/ (080)- 22932333

Clearly state 2 major points :
1. in entire 4 years of engineering , practice is done operating calculators by fingers, and
2. in future getting employed in any organisation will incorpaorate the use of real calculators instead of virtual. 
When everywhere its real calculator then why to implement virtual calculators for GATE. Entire engineering practice is on Non-Progammablecalculators , for one exam developing skills for virtual calculator is not desirable and its a tough task.
Students are requested to call them and put your points forward ; as in mails they wont respond atleast on call they will pay heed to your grievances.
